Hydrocortilene - Hydrocortilene is an analgesic medication used to alleviate pain, specifically headaches.

 

Metorapan - Metorapan is an analgesic medication, which can be substituted with bicaridine.

 

Morphenolog - Morphenolog is an analgesic drug.

 

Terakine - Terakine is an analgesic medication.

Anesthetic

Anetrizine - Anetrizine is an anesthetic medication.

 

Hyvroxilated Quint-Ethyl Metacetamine - Hyvroxilated Quint-Ethyl Metacetamine is a powerful anesthetic that if incorrectly dosed will cause death in the patient. It is most often used during extensive surgeries where the patient is allergic or unresponsive to other anesthetics. This drug is most often used on Klingons and Cardassians as they have a higher resistance to other more mainstream Anesthetics.

 

Melanex - Melenex is an anesthetic carried in 2260s Starfleet medkits.

 

Nasal Numbing Agent - A nasal numbing agent is an injection to reduce the perception of odors.

 

Neurozine - Neurozine is an anesthetic that was used during the late 24th century that can be dispensed in a gas form. In 2374, neurozine, axonol and anesthezine were considered to be "only the best."

 

Burn Treatment

Dermaline - Dermaline is an injectable drug used to prevent sunburns.

 

Dermaline Gel - Dermaline gel is made from dermaline and used as a treatment for first and second degree burns, such as those in injuries caused by a ruptured nitrogen line

 

Kelotane - Kelotane is a drug used to treat burns.

 

Cardiovascular

Adrenaline - Adrenaline is a drug based on the human hormone of the same name (also called epinephrine), used to treat radiation poisoning. Although it has since been replaced by hyronalin, adrenaline was found to be effective in the treatment of an unknown radiation left over by particles originating from a comet that passed near Gamma Hydra IV. The radiation had caused an hyperacceleration of the aging process.

Anticoagulant = An anticoagulant is a substance that delays or prevents the clotting of blood.

Benjusidrine - Benjusidrine is a cardiovascular drug used to treat Vulcans who suffer from congestive heart failure.

Lectrazine - Lectrazine is used to stabilize the cardiac and renal systems of humanoids. It can also be combined with hyronalin for temporary protection against radiation poisoning.

Metrazene - Metrazene was a drug used to treat cardiac arrhythmias.

Vasokin - Vasokin is an experimental drug which increases blood flow to humanoid organs. Unfortunately, in 22% of studied cases it can cause severe damage to the lungs, kidneys, heart, and brain.

Narcotic

Alcohol - Alcohol (technical name ethyl alcohol or ethanol) is a Chemistry|chemical, usually the by-product of fermenting certain ingredients. When in the bloodstream, it can have intoxicating effects in humanoids by depressing centers of judgment and self control.

Felicium - Felicium was an addictive narcotic, as well as a vaccine, produced on the planet Brekka.

Hupyrian Beetle Snuff - Hupyrian beetle snuff is a fine powder made of dried beetles that was a delicacy among Ferengi. It is inhaled through the nose and can often produce a fit of sneezing. It acts as a mild stimulant with some euphoric side effects. It also has a deleterious effect on the linings of the nose which is cumulative.

Impedrezene - Impedrezene is a narcotic that impedes one's ability by slowing down the higher brain cell functions. This drug can last for hours in Humans. It attacks neuro-cognitive motor function by suppressing higher cognitive abilities. Extreme headaches are associated with use of this drug after the effects have worn off.

Ketracel-White - Ketracel-white (or simply white) is an addictive substance containing an isogenic enzyme and nutrients. One of the active ingredients of white is yridium bicantizine. The Jem'Hadar soldiers of the Dominion are genetically engineered to lack the enzyme which white provides, and require frequent doses of the drug to survive. The white also provides all the nutrients they require, alleviating them of the need to eat or drink.

LSD - D-lysergic acid diethylamide, commonly called LSD, is a powerful psychotropic drug that was used for spiritual and recreational purposes on Earth.

Maraji Crystal - A Maraji crystal is a controlled addictive substance illegal in the Cardassian Union. According to Quark, Cardassians didn't like the crystals (or possibly their effects) and Bajorans were too poor to buy them.

Rhuludian Crystal - Rhuludian crystals are a form of narcotic chemical commonly sought out in the Delta Quadrant.

Tropolisine - Tropolisine is a psychotropic compound known for its hallucinogenic effects. Normally found in certain flowering plants, each tropolisine atom contains a stray neutron. Once it starts to break down in a humanoid's bloodstream it releases an undetectable toxin.

Yridium Bicantizine - Yridium Bicantizine is a chemical compound that was used as one of the active ingredients in ketracel-white. It could be synthesized by breaking down tri-nucleic fungi.

Neurological

Acetylcholine - Acetylcholine was a neurotransmitter common to the neural structures of most humanoid brains. It played a role in promoting aggressive tendencies.

Alkysine - Alkysine is a drug used to lessen the damage to neurological tissue after a catastrophic injury. It is not always effective for all injuries and on all species.

Analeptic - An analeptic (or analeptic compound) is a drug that counteracts the effects of radiation.

Cortical Analeptic - A cortical analeptic was a type of drug administered via hypospray, used to reinvigorate tissue in the cerebral cortex.

CPK Enzymatic Therapy - CPK enzymatic therapy is a medical treatment used to limit the extent of neurological damage after a catastrophic injury. The therapy is not completely effective for all injuries or all species, such as Klingons.

Desegranine - Desegranine is a Cardassian drug used to reverse memory loss.

Lexorin - Lexorin is a drug utilized during the late 23rd century that was developed to alleviate symptoms of malaise and/or multiple personality disorder in those who experience a Vulcan mind meld, or who carry a Vulcan katra prior to its placement on Mount Seleya.

Neural Paralyzer - A Neural paralyzer is a central nervous system depressant, standard in Starfleet medkits circa 2260. Used in surgery as a preanesthetic, it acts within 5-10 minutes and lasts for about 15-20 minutes to depress cardiac and respiratory functions, incidentally making the subject nearly appear dead.

Neuromuscular Adaptation - Neuromuscular adaptation is a treatment designed to allow species from low-gravity planets to function normally at Earth-normal gravity. The theory was first developed by Nathaniel Teros in 2340, and later refined by Doctor Julian Bashir in 2370.

Norepinephrine (Norep) - Norepinephrine or noradrenaline is a chemical produced within the humanoid nervous system. It acts as a neurotransmitter that affects the part of the brain that controls the fight-or-flight response, which in turn, increases the heart rate. In pharmaceutical form, it is sometimes abbreviated norep.

Psychotropic Drug - A psychotropic drug is a chemical that alters brain function in such a way as to affect mood, consciousness, perception, or behavior. These effects are usually temporary.

Sodium Pentathol - Sodium Pentathol was a compound which was used as a type of truth serum on Earth during the mid-20th century Earth.

Synaptizine - Synaptizine is used to treat neuroleptic shock

Theragen - Theragen is a chemical compound, initially developed as a nerve gas by the Klingons. In its pure form it is lethal, but when diluted with alcohol it can temporarily deaden certain nerve inputs to the brain, having a calming effect on an insane and/or abnormally enraged person.

Trianoline - Trianoline is a medicine used on patients with percussive injuries. Four cc's of trianoline is the typical dosage for a patient with a concussion.

Vulcan Neuro-Pressure - Vulcan neuropressure is a mental and physical technique for relaxing the mind and muscles. It is very difficult and takes years to master. Very personal, it requires a great deal of physical contact. An application of neuropressure for combat is the so-called Vulcan nerve pinch.

Poison

Chloraxine - Chloraxine is a chemical substance which is lethal in a sufficient dosage.

Cyalodin - Cyalodin is a chemical substance, naturally deadly to Humans.

Felodesine Chip - The felodesine chip is a small poison tablet used by members of the Romulan military to commit suicide. It is usually formed into a small, one-inch orange disk. There is no antidote known to the Federation.

Nogatch Hemlock - Nogatch hemlock is a substance which is extremely poisonous to humanoids. It has no known antidote.

Veridium Six - Veridium Six is a Klingon poison.

Radiation Treatment

Adrenaline - Adrenaline is a drug based on the human hormone of the same name (also called epinephrine), used to treat radiation poisoning. Antiproton Radiation Treatment - A radioactive treatment method that is proven to reverse hyper-evolution sickness.

Arithrazine - Arithrazine is a medication used for the most extreme cases of theta radiation poisoning. According to Starfleet Medical protocols, a doctor has to monitor the patient who has received arithrazine during treatment.

Chronexaline - Chronexaline is an experimental medical drug created by Starfleet Medical. It protects biomatter from tachyon radiation and other effects of time travel

Hyronalyn - Hyronalin is a medicinal drug used to counter the effects of radiation poisoning. Adrenaline was the preferred treatment shortly after Earth's atomic age, but hyronalin replaced it after its discovery.

Resuscitative

Borathium - Borathium was a new rybotherapy developed by Doctor Toby Russell in 2368. She believed it to be decades more advanced than two related medications, leporazine and morathial, although it was still in the experimental stages at the time.

Cortolin - Cortolin was a drug that was helpful in resuscitating patients who had stopped breathing.

Leporazine - Leporazine is a resuscitative drug used only in extreme cases because of its strength.

Morathial Series - A morathial series is a group of resuscitative drugs used for one-shot dosing in simple resuscitations.

Netinaline - Netinaline is a stimulant used to resuscitate a patient.

Quadroline - Quadroline is an emergency resuscitative drug used on Malcor III to treat cardiac arrhythmias

Trinephedrine - Trinephedrine is a very powerful drug used to restart synaptic responses as a result of brain death. It is most effective when the body is not injured but the mind is somehow disconnected.

Sedative

ADTH - ADTH is a stimulant which can be dispersed through a starship's life support systems.

Anabolic Supplements - Anabolic Supplements are designed to stimulate cellular growth and are used primarily as a treatment for degenerative cellular diseases and to counter the effects of biogenic weapons.

Animazine - Animazine is a stimulant used to keep a person awake.

Chloromydride - Chloromydride is a strong cardiostimulant, generally used when inaprovaline is ineffective.

Cordrazine - Cordrazine is a strong chemical stimulant useful for emergency medical treatment. It is primarily used to stimulate the heart during cardiac arrest. The drug is a red liquid and is injected with a hypospray.

Cortropine - Cortropine is a stimulant included in standard-issue Starfleet medkits.

Dalaphaline - Dalaphaline was a systemic stimulant drug.

Delactovine - Delactovine was a systemic stimulant drug.

Formazine - Formazine is a stimulant, acting through the lymphatic system on the central nervous system. Normally used to promote alertness and reduce fatigue, in higher doses it can cause severe restlessness and irritability.

Hyperzine - Hyperzine is a standard stimulant.

Inaprovaline - naprovaline is a synaptic stimulant and cardiostimulant. Chloromydride is a stronger version of inaprovaline.

Masiform D - Masiform D is a powerful stimulant that can administered via a hypospray.

Polyadrenaline - Polyadrenaline is a synthetic version of the hormone epinephrine, also known as adrenaline. It is designed as a stimulant which can aid in the revival of a patient who has died or is near death.

Tricordrazine - Tricordrazine is a potent stimulant, originally derived from cordrazine, and commonly used in resuscitation in the 24th century.

Other

Alizine - Alizine is a medicine used to counter an allergic reaction in Klingons.

Alpha-Wave Inducer - An alpha-wave inducer is a substance or device used as a sleep aid. It functions by easing the introduction of alpha waves into the brain. It is only meant for occasional use.
